The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room. The 650 sq ft junior two bedroom apartment is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami. This unit was totally remodeled keeping the original art deco style, It is located in the South East side of the building on the ground floor.
Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom. The apartment is furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets and WiFi. The master bedroom is nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen-size bed.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
