The living room has nice hardwood flooring and a unique faux-fireplace from the 1930’s. Other furnishings include a trendy leather sofa bed, end table, cable TV, DVD player and stereo. Also in the living room is a modern glass dining table with four chairs. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and jovial forms and tonalities. The unit comes with air conditioning and spectacular wood floors.

The vacation building is equipped with security alarms to provide security and protection during your stay. All apartments are checked on a regular basis by personnel, assuring that everything works perfectly.  The building has free internet service.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
