The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room. 

This vacation rental apartment is located in the second floor of the Northwest of the building. It has extensive 950 square feet and sleeps eight people. Benefit of the spectacular climate of Miami and relax in its private garden. It also provides a small terrace in the back part of the vacation unit.

This junior, three bedroom vacation condo has been completely renewed maintaining the colorful Art Deco style.  The living room in this vacation rental has two  futons (one folds out to a sofa), a coffee table, a plasma TV, DVD player and a stereo. There is also a dining table with four chairs. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a third bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this third bedroom.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, night table and matching dresser. The  closet has a security safe for our guests to store their valuables. The second bedroom has two full size beds, a nightstand and dresser. The European style bathroom has designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower with Italian shower head. The unit counts on air conditioned system and also has spectacular wood floors.

This building is equipped with security alarms since we have like primary target, to provide the tranquility and protection that you deserve during his stay. All the apartments are checked as well in regular basis by our personnel assuring that everything works perfectly. If during your stay you will have some issues, ours property Manager are at your disposition.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
