The South Beach apartment vacation rental is located in the North east section of the building on the ground floor. The apartment was totally renovated keeping the art deco style, the 650sq ft apartment is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami

This unit faces the street and has a private garden which can be accessed through the bedroom. The layout of the unit is perfect, opening the door we enter into a cozy living room that is nicely furnished. The apartment is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, the property has central AC. The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture, there is a separated dinning room next to the Kitchen which is totally equipped.

The bedroom is nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed. The apartment has alarm system for your safety. The whole building is provided by wireless internet service.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
