This South Beach vacation condo is located in the North side center of the building on the ground floor. It has a little balcony facing the gorgeous patio, perfect to enjoy the weather. The apartment was totally renovated keeping the art deco style, the 650sq ft apartment is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami

The apartment is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, the property has central AC. The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture that inclides a dinning table and four chairs.

Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom.

The master bedroom is nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed. The apartment has alarm system for your safety.

The whole building is provided by wireless internet service. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
