This junior, two bedroom, one bathroom is 650 square feet. The Miami vacation rental apartment is located in the second floor of the Northwest end of the building. Benefit from the spectacular Miami weather and relax in the private garden or the small terrace in the back part of the vacation unit.

This junior, two bedroom that has been completely redone while maintaining its colorful Art Deco style. living room has two leather sofa beds (one pulls out to sleep two people), a TV and radio. A small table and four chairs make up the dining area. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and jovial forms and tonalities. The unit comes with air conditioning and spectacular wood floors.

The vacation building is equipped with a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance to provide security and protection during your stay. All apartments are checked on a regular basis by personnel, assuring that everything works perfectly.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
