The Junior bedroom is next to the kitchen separated with a door opening, access to the kitchen is through the junior room. This furnished apartment is full of light and very cozy with a living room that is nicely furnished. It includes microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, etc. You can enjoy of the beautiful terrace and the Miami weather, inside the apartment has central AC for your convenience and comfort. It is a junior, three bedroom that have been upgraded for your pleasure. This unit is located in the North West side of the building on the ground floor.
The whole building is provided by wireless internet service. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us.
The beautiful living room comes with comfortable furniture and an old and very charming chimney (non working). Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a third bedroom. This bedroom has a convertible futon sofa bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this third bedroom.
The other bedrooms are nice and spacious with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins size beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has security system for your safety. We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
