This vacation apartment rental is located in the South West section of the building on the ground floor. You can enjoy of the beautiful terrace and the Miami weathe, inside the apartment has central AC for your convenience and comfort. The apartment is full of light and very cozy with a living room that is nicely furnished.

This junior three bedroom apartment was totally renovated and upgraded for the comfort of the guests. With over 950sq ft of space this unit is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami.

The apartment is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, etc. The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture. Through a sliding door in the living room you can access a den that has been converted into a third bedroom. It has a convertible futon that sleeps two people.  From this third bedroom you can access the fully equipped kitchen.

The other two bedrooms are nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twins size beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has alarm system for your safety.

The whole building is provided by wireless internet service.

We offer a limited number of street parking permits (based on first come first serve basis), please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. If you do so it should be written on your rental agreement.
